Students in First year received their HPV Vaccination Form this morning, Thursday 7th October in Treoir.
Vaccination Forms must be returned by you within 3 days to the Treoir teacher or students can hand them in directly to the main reception office. These forms will be collected by the HSE.
Ballymakenny College will accept forms on Friday 8th October and Monday 11th October.
If parents do not return them on time, they must post directly to Vaccination centre. The school will not accept forms after Monday 11th October.
The vaccinations will take place in The Fairways Hotel, Dublin Road, Dundalk, Co Louth A91 E6KC and NOT Ballymakenny College.
If any parents have any queries or concerns re these vaccines, they must contact the vaccination team on 086 0465977 (Dundalk) or 087 0915769 (Drogheda) and not the office as Ballymakenny College has nothing to do with the Vaccination Programme. That is a matter for Parents/Guardians. Our staff do neither administer the vaccines or provide medical advice regarding vaccines.
