Information Evening
A 1st Year information evening will be held on Tuesday March 2nd, 2021 at 7pm. This session will be held via Zoom. Details of this Zoom meeting will be sent to you by text.
Modern Foreign Languages
All students starting in Mainstream Classes in Ballymakenny College in 2021 will study a Modern Foreign Language for the Junior Cycle examinations. We currently offer two languages, Spanish and French. Students can only study one language. To assist in planning the timetabling please indicate a preference for language choice by clicking on the link below and filling in the form. NB. This preference cannot be guaranteed and is subject to timetable and teaching resources. Language choices will be confirmed as soon as classes are formed after the assessment's tests take place. This is subject to lifting of restrictions and public health guidance. The deadline for choosing your son/daughters preference of language is Wednesday 24th of February 2021.

CAT4 Testing
CAT 4 testing for incoming 1st Years is postponed until April at the earliest. More details to follow, as per public health guidelines.
